An Ordinary, Everyday Crisis: Martin Buber, Franz Rosenzweig, and the Question of Modern Jewish Survival. In his book project, Gregory analyzes and evaluates the prominent twentieth-century efforts of Buber and Rosenzweig to focus on a fundamental problem in modern religious thought and culture: the relation of the sacred to everyday existence.
